Roy Hernandez joined Geil Enterprises, Inc. in 1997 as a Security Guard. He has held the role of General Manager of CIS Security and Valley Security & Alarm. He served as Chief Operating Officer before becoming President of GEI in 2017. Roy received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Concentration in Finance Degree from the University of Phoenix. Roy is a Certified Small Giants Leader. Small Giants is a community of purpose-driven leaders and companies that are committed to putting people before profit. Roy had a former role serving on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County.

As Business Development Manager, Jason interfaces with all four divisions. Jason serves on the Board of Directors of the Fresno Chamber of Commerce. Jason is a former Director and Board Member of the Rotary Club of Fresno and is a Committee Member of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and Downtown Fresno Partnership. He is also a past chair of the Chamber of Commerce in Fresno and the Downtown Fresno Partnership.

Young from 1989–2010. Tyler is a former director at the Consumer Health Care Association from 1989–2009. Tyler has been a member of the YPO Western New England chapter from 2004–2008, and YPO Gold San Diego from 2015–Present. He attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, receiving a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on manufacturing. His volunteer work includes Habitat for Humanity, being a YPO Mentor, and Elder Care for the less privileged.

Dave holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University, and is a part-time member of the faculty at Cabrillo College, where he teaches Business Information System Technology.
